What Robinhood Stock Tokens actually are

This distinction is widely misreported, so it is worth stating plainly. Robinhood Stock Tokens are debt securities issued by Robinhood Europe, UAB whose value tracks the price of an underlying share. Holding one gives you:

• Economic exposure to the price of the underlying share, and
• A claim against the issuer.

It does not give you:

• Ownership of the underlying shares,
• Voting rights or any other shareholder right, or
• A direct claim against the company whose stock is referenced.

This means you carry issuer credit risk in addition to market risk. If the issuer fails, the token's backing is a claim in that failure, not a share certificate.

Not available to U.S. persons

Robinhood Stock Tokens are offered to eligible customers outside the United States and are not available to U.S. persons. This site describes them; it does not offer them. We do not sell, broker, custody, or facilitate the purchase of any token or security, and we hold no customer funds.

Accuracy of data

Data is collected automatically from public blockchain state and third-party APIs. It may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Prices update on the same 24/5 schedule as the underlying equity feeds and are stale outside market hours by design. We make no warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for any purpose, and accept no liability for any loss arising from reliance on it. Verify anything that matters against the block explorer and Robinhood's official documentation. Our methodology page documents the known limitations.

Contract addresses

We publish contract addresses and verify them against Robinhood's shared beacon proxy on every refresh. Even so, always confirm an address against official documentation before you interact with it. Anyone can deploy a token using a well-known ticker, and losses from interacting with an impostor contract are unrecoverable.
