All trademarks and company names belong to their owners and are used only to identify the assets being described.

A stock token is not a share
Each issuer defines what you legally hold, and the definitions differ. The label on each line below is the issuer's own:
- Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited: Debt security. A debt note issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited that follows the share price. As a debt security it is a claim on the issuer, not the share or shareholder rights. More on Robinhood
- Ondo Global Markets (BVI) Limited: Debt security (SPV-issued tracker). A token issued by Ondo Global Markets (BVI) Limited through a bankruptcy-remote special purpose vehicle. Ondo states it is a total return tracker that gives economic exposure similar to holding the share and reinvesting dividends, not title to the share or shareholder rights. More on Ondo Global Markets
- Backed Assets (JE) Limited: Tracker certificate. A tracker certificate issued by Backed Assets (JE) Limited that follows the share price. It carries the price, not the share itself or a shareholder vote. More on xStocks
- Dinari, Inc.: dShare. A dShare issued by Dinari, Inc. that follows the share price. Dinari handles its corporate actions as a stablecoin dividend and a split rebase. More on Dinari
- Coinbase Onchain SPV Ltd.: CB Certificate. A CB Certificate issued by Coinbase Onchain SPV Ltd., a company incorporated in the Abu Dhabi Global Market. Coinbase's prospectus classifies it as a certificate over shares, states it is not a direct investment in the share, and states holders have no direct voting rights in the share. More on Coinbase
No token on this site is a share. A debt security or a certificate is a claim on the company that issued it, so a holder carries issuer credit risk in addition to market risk. If that company fails, the holder has a claim in that failure, not a share certificate. What each token gives about voting and other rights is in its issuer's documents, linked from each issuer page.
Who may buy
Each issuer decides who may buy its tokens and publishes its own rule. This site does not copy those rules. It links to them. We never determine your eligibility, never ask where you are, and never advise you on either. Every issuer's rule is linked from one place: who can buy.

This site describes; it does not offer
Stocks On Chain reports what exists on public blockchains. It does not offer, sell, broker, custody, or facilitate the purchase of any token or security, not to U.S. persons and not to anyone else. It holds no customer funds, has no accounts, executes no trades, and never asks you to sign in or connect a wallet.
Accuracy of data
Data is collected automatically from public blockchain state and third-party APIs, across every chain we track. It may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Prices are our own read of a trading pool and are read at least once a day. Each price carries the time it was read. Every number on this site carries a timestamp, and every listing links to its chain's own block explorer so you can check it yourself. We make no warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for any purpose, and accept no liability for any loss arising from reliance on this site. Our methodology page documents where every number comes from and the known limits.
Contract addresses
We publish contract addresses and check each one on chain before each deploy of this site: its symbol and name, and, where an issuer provides on-chain infrastructure for it, that infrastructure too. Each listing shows the date it was last confirmed in our registry. Even so, always confirm an address against the issuer's official documentation before you interact with it. Anyone can deploy a token using a well-known ticker, and losses from interacting with an impostor contract are unrecoverable.
How this site makes money
This site carries Google ads outside the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Google chooses them; we do not sell placement, and no advertiser can buy a mention, a listing or a word of the text. It carries no sponsored placements and no affiliate links, and it sells no private feed: a paid request returns nothing that a free endpoint does not also give. No issuer has ever paid us anything, so nothing written on any page has been influenced by a payment.
A second mechanism exists. An automated client that wants the bulk dataset can pay a small per-request fee over x402, which is an HTTP payment header charged to that client's own wallet. No human reader is ever prompted for it, and every page and every free endpoint stays free. As of 2026-09-20 that gate is not switched on, read from the site's own configuration on each build so this sentence cannot go stale without the code changing.
