How to buy a stock on chain
Not here - this site sells nothing, holds no money and names nowhere to buy. These are the steps, so you know what the process looks like.
A stock token follows the price of a real share. A stock token is not the share. Each issuer states what a holder legally has.

The difference is who holds the tokens. Neither way is put first here - the order on this page is fixed.
Check the address first. A token can show the correct symbol and still be a copy. Match it against the address list on this site. No app and no exchange can protect you from this mistake.
Common questions
How much money do I need?
Each app or issuer sets its own minimum. A token divides into small parts, so a holding can be a fraction of one share. The wallet route also needs a small amount of the chain's fee currency.
What happens if I lose my recovery phrase?
You lose the tokens, and nobody can reset it for you. Keep the phrase on paper and never type it into a website. The app route has no recovery phrase.
Can I sell at any time?
The chain runs all day, every day. A good price still needs a buyer, so low liquidity is the real limit, not opening hours. What happens on a weekend, when the exchange is shut, has its own page.
Can I do this in the United States?
Each issuer decides, and publishes its own rule. This site links to those rules rather than copying them, so you read the wording that is current today. Do you get paid for the links?
No. The links are not paid for: this site uses no affiliate links and takes no sponsorship, and it names no company to buy from. Google ads appear outside the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, but Google chooses those and no advertiser can buy a link, a listing or a word of the text.
Where do I actually buy one?
This site does not say. It used to list places, and that list was removed: naming somewhere to send money is the one thing a reference site should not do, however the list is worded. The two route pages describe what buying one involves, so you can recognise the process wherever you meet it.
How do I know I got the right token?
Check the contract address, not the symbol. Look up the address on the block explorer for its chain, or compare it with the address list on this site and with the issuer's own list.
